Shipping Policy

All orders of available inventory will ship with 72 hours. All firearms and serialized frames or receivers will only be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer in your state. All federal and state laws apply and federal ATF form 4473/local background checks are required as per federal and state law.

FFL Transfer Policy

At the point of purchase of a firearm, you will be prompted to select an FFL recipient in your state of residence. You must provide a full name, address, phone number and email.In the event that your preferred FFL dealer is not listed, you must have them furnish us a copy of their FFL Dealer’s License prior to finalizing the sale. Please be aware that best practices dictate that you make the recipient FFL dealer aware of your intent to purchase a firearm to be shipped to their location. Some dealers do not handle transfers and will refuse the shipment, subjecting you to restocking fees.

 

Firearm Returns

All firearms may only be shipped to an FFL dealer in the customer’s state of residence. Upon receipt, examine firearm carefully to ensure that it is the right make and model and in expected condition. Any divergence from expected must be addressed immediately with Harpers Ferry Armory.

 

If you are denied after submitting your 4473, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Transfer fees or handling fees charged by the FFL dealer will not be reimbursed. All firearms are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

 

Firearm Returns

To return a firearm, please call or email Harpers Ferry Armory at 304-535-3110 or unload@harpersferryarmory.com. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which you must write on the outside of the shipping container. All items returned must be in their original, undamaged, and unmarked packaging.

 

All Other Returns

To return items other than firearms, please call or email Harpers Ferry Armory at 304-535-3110 or unload@harpersferryarmory.com. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which you must write on the outside of the shipping container. All items returned must be in their original, undamaged, and unmarked packaging and postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non refundable unless we determine that we are at fault. Most items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please inquire when requesting a RMA.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

When appropriate, refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise, less any restocking fee and/or shipping costs. Exchanges will be accomplished as inventory levels allow within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. Additional shipping fees may be due unless we were in error on the original shipment. Store/site credit may be rendered if an exchange is unavailable; please contact our Customer Service with any questions.
